talked a little about CO2 from cars. During maths older students calculated the difference between CO2 emissions for different ways of getting to school. Some students are now getting their families to walk or bike with them to school. Our school is surrounded by some busy and narrow roads, so brainstormed ways we can make it safer. We wrote a letter to local Rotary to ask for fluro vests to help us walk/bike safer, and to our local council to ask for safer road layout to encourage walking and biking.
