We looked more in-depth at ice burgs and glaciers - we did an experiment using a glass of water and ice to demonstrate how ice already in a the cup of water will melt, yet melted ice being added to a cup of water will make it overflow. We used the website link provided and completed the carbon footprint calculations - this was an eye opener and it has made students think about what they can do to reduce this. I'm sorry with being in lockdown we forgot to take photos!
